Le Collectionneur plot
A series of murders of young, athletic women sparks panic in the city. In all victims, part of the body was removed with surgical precision. Detective Maude Graham is assigned to the case. Her investigation leads her into the dark world of the psychopathic and highly intelligent killer. She carefully studies every move of the "collector" to finally grab his attention at a press conference and provoke him to the limit. The serial killer takes up the challenge. He leaves extra marks and isolates Maude step by step. When the agent discovers that the people who mean something to her also become involved in the deadly game, it is already much too late for a retreat.
