Not good or bad, but mostly very mediocre. I could appreciate that many of the exciting scenes took place in daylight. It also fits the story of two children who fall into the hands of disturbed foster parents.

This passed on TV and caught it once. The image quality was a bit disappointing, but I don't know if this was due to the TV channel or the film itself, it was fairly grainy.
The movie itself wasn't bad. Still quite exciting towards the end. The cast were a little lesser known, but they didn't do too bad. Great video to watch when they show it on TV. Not a wow movie, but not super bad either.
