Fellow Traveller plot
The film is about Hollywood screenwriter Avy Kaufman, who has to flee to England during the famous communist hunt during the 1950s. In England he quietly works on children's programs, until he learns that his childhood friend in America has committed suicide. Avy is almost certain that this is related to the witch hunt and goes in search of the exact facts.
