Edge of Fear plot
Patrick Chen and his wife are enjoying a weekend vacation with their boyfriend at his secluded cottage when a group of sociopathic killers, led by Jack, invade the house. The men kill Patrick's friend and stab Patrick in the heart, leaving him for dead. However, Patrick survives the attack and knows as a trained doctor that if he pulls the knife from his heart, he will die instantly. His only chance of survival is to leave the knife in and try the impossible - save his wife from the killers before he bleeds to death.
