Supernatural thriller was written on the box, although it was actually much more drama. The movie got off to a slow start, but in the end it all made up for it by the ending.

Overall, it's worth it, but the film could have had a little more speed.

More than a nice movie that I really enjoyed, Kevin Costner certainly doesn't play as bad as some reviews claim. Also a surprising ending that I hadn't considered in the least.

It's an interesting movie to watch, but it didn't really grab me. In my opinion it was a bit too flat. The drama aspect didn't really come through as the doctor's emotion at the loss of his wife was rendered somewhat weak. To see how someone experiences this, you need to see a bit more about the story of the two and the loss itself. The thriller part was also pretty bland. Nowhere did I find it really exciting.

The ending was a surprise. I really didn't expect that he would discover his son in that village. I thought that was a nice twist in the story. But other than that, nothing really surprised me.
