Distortions plot

"Sometimes the truth hurts. Sometimes it kills."

Amy (Olivia Hussey), who once witnessed her mother stab her father as a child, is now a widow. Her husband Jason (Edward Albert) is found dead at the side of a road. There's a $2 million life insurance policy and a greedy aunt, Margot (Piper Laurie). She gets the feeling that someone or something is driving her crazy, because she has all kinds of hallucinations and wonders if her husband is really dead.
