Der Springteufel plot

"Be careful who you let in your car."

A somewhat scruffy hitchhiker stands by the side of the road, hoping for a lift to Frankfurt. At least it seems that way. A rich businessman wants to do his daily good deed and stops. The fact that he does this is probably going to be the most fateful mistake of his life, but the driver of the sedan doesn't suspect that at all. What begins innocently develops into a spiral of psychological terror. The hitchhiker drives the businessman more and more into madness. But he still does not know that he is dealing with the 'Springteufel', an escaped insane. A real madman who knows his trade...
