Darvag plot

Yousef Saeedi is the hero of the movie - or rather the antihero. He looks a bit goofy, but looks can be deceiving. Yousef, a former university student, is not stupid and also does not know how to give up. The story is set against the background of the turbulent and allegedly fraudulent elections of 2009 in Iran. Many students were arrested or dropped out of their studies. Yousef also has to look for work. He chooses the risky profession of 'loan shark', or usurer.
