Sam (Thomas Calabro), an aspiring writer, lands a job at a grocery store owned by the mysterious Dr. Munoz (Shaun Kurtz). dr. Munoz is a retired scientist who prides himself on possessing rare skin qualities that compel him to live his life in the freezing cold. He secretly conducts research on human tissue. However, after a while, Sam finds out that Dr. Munoz has passed away some time ago and that he keeps himself alive through occult therapy and by consuming meat from his victims. Together with his new neighbor, store owner Maria (Ashley Laurence) and her stalking detective Defazio (James Russo), he must manage to get out of the situation.
