I'm not that excited. The first 45 minutes I found quite dull and strange. The dialogues didn't grab me and I just couldn't get used to the character Peter. Also felt 0 chemistry between the two. The Gulf War story just didn't interest me, nor did Judd's past. It was too bizarre, a complete far from my bed show that I just didn't want to go along with. The acting is quite satisfactory, but it drags along so slowly and derails after a good hour that it gets more and more on the nerves. The subcutaneous was not palpable to me. A movie like this is probably not for me. Couldn't do anything with it.

Pretty oppressive and exciting horror/thriller.
There are quite a few freaky scenes in it
and the acting is pretty good to call it tr.
The psychological part of the film is also quite nice.
Highly recommended.

Extremely fascinating and a film like Repulsion is never far. Judd is especially impressive and as Basto points out, it's also a pretty grotesque allegory of something you see all too often.
Far from perfect, but the average here is bizarrely low. Time for a revaluation 16 years after the release of this film.
