Bakudan plot

A mysterious middle-aged man assaults a shop assistant under the influence of alcohol and is arrested by the police. He calls himself Suzuki Tagosaku and claims to have intuition that bombs have been planted in Tokyo. He predicts that after an explosion in Akihabara, three more will occur, all an hour apart. After the first explosion, negotiator Ruike decides to confront him.
