When New York Police Headquarters are confronted with the horrors of a serial killer on the streets of Manhattan, two detectives (Joseph and Michael) must put things right. Unaware of the danger, six students from around the world, who now attend school together in New York, are planning a memorial for their 30 lost "brothers and sisters" who died suddenly in a tragic plane crash a year earlier. As the evidence piles up and more body bags are collected, the detectives are convinced that the killer bases his crimes on the belief that every generation has 36 individuals, with the world falling into chaos, corruption and finally darkness without them.
