The Lathe of Heaven plot

George Orr has a special gift: what he dreams becomes reality. George takes medication to suppress his dreams, but would rather see him get rid of this gift. George enlists the help of psychiatrist Dr. Haber, who hopefully can heal him. Initially, Dr. Haber is skeptical, but after experiments under hypnosis, he seems to change his mind.
