The Last Man plot

A number of men operating on the black market take over an abandoned Soviet bioweapons lab from Siberia. They unleash a dangerous strain of chickenpox and soon set off a global pandemic. However, the 2% of survivors suffer from blindness, physical deformities, infertility and insanity. In the cities, no new food sources come in and the supplies that had not yet been looted are quickly distributed among a number of people. A horrific starvation awaits the survivors of the chickenpox, so a number of people decide to feed on other people...
