Socket plot

After being struck by lightning, doctor Bill Matthews recovers at the hospital where he works. Craig Murphy, an assistant physician, hands him a card inviting him to a meeting for "people just like us". It turns out that this group includes survivors who have also been electrocuted in one way or another. It soon becomes apparent that these people are addicted to electrical current. The same happens to Bill, he falls madly in love with Craig and the two move in together. His obsession with electric shocks goes from bad to worse.
