Interpreters plot
One by one, the residents of Sullen are being murdered, each victim left with a burned-out eye as a calling card for the serial killer. Sheriff Paul Culven investigates the case and is assisted by newly arrived former CID agent Mark Frost. At the same time, the mayor is working on a business deal to expand the town. The sheriff's investigation brings to light matters that relate to Mark Frost's past.
