Cade: The Tortured Crossing plot

Cade, a benefactor genetically modified by alien intelligence, finances the reconstruction of a dilapidated institution for the mentally ill. However, corrupt businessmen and government leaders have evil plans for the young patients. Cade's identical twin brother Cale is also targeting them. Cade decides to make the young people resilient and train them to become real fighters.
