Choreographer Zander Raines casts the beautiful contemporary dancer Barlow and the innovative pianist Charlie for the new Broadway show Free Dance. But his decision upsets the show's creative balance when Charlie falls for Barlow, while Zander embraces her as his muse. The emotions get overheated and that creates quite a bit of rivalry.
