Ci Ling plot
According to countless legends, the Northwestern desert of China is said to contain an immeasurable treasure. A group of mysterious custodians has the map to this treasure and when a feud breaks out among them, an international crime syndicate called 'the Company' comes to the ears of it. They chase the cardholder, but he just manages to give the card to the young Ciao Fei (Jay Chou). However, Ciao Fei must give up the card to save the life of his girlfriend Lan Ting (Chiling Lin). Together with famous archaeologist Hua Ding Bang and Lan Ting, he sets out to recover the map and secure the treasure.
