Thriller about the righteous mobster El Ott who fights against illegal organ trafficking. After the mysterious disappearance of his daughter, El Ott is a bitter man. When he discovers that trafficker Fathi is kidnapping street children for their organs, El Ott vows to take him and his cronies out. Against the background of the current political turmoil in Egypt, El Ott delves into the dark underworld of Cairo. In order to overcome evil, he must also fight his own demons. Does he manage to stay true to his sense of justice?
