"BIGGEST SHOW MERGER SINCE 'TALKIES' BEGAN!"
University bandleader 'Skip' Houston keeps his orchestra together after graduation. They start out professionally and are a big hit on the radio and in discotheques. He falls in love with Bonnie Haydon, a dancer who hates him for constantly taunting her about her performances and suggesting improvements. But slowly Bonnie realizes that the job she has is because of Houston.
