Greendale plot

"A film by Neil Young"

Greendale was made for Neil Young's album of the same name. Together, the songs of this album form a story and that story is depicted in the film. The Green family lives in Greendale, a town on the California coast. The family consists of many generations and all of them are concerned about the environmentally hazardous activities of companies. One of Green's young daughters develops into an environmental terrorist. A young son is jailed for killing a police officer.
