Cinderela Pop plot
17-year-old Cíntia Dorella is a romantic type, but her ideas about love change after her father is caught cheating. After this she moves in with her aunt Helena and her boyfriend Rafael, who teaches her to be a DJ. During her first job as a DJ, she gets into a fight with an elderly lady who wants the music softer. To complain to the manager, she asks Cíntia's name. However, the lady understands "Cinderella". When Cíntia falls in love with a successful singer and has her two stepsisters as competitors, her new nickname suddenly has much more meaning than just a simple confusion of tongues.

Soapy, but in the wrong way. As Soom rightly points out above, there's a certain amount of fun in it, but I simply didn't enjoy the film. It felt too obvious and unreal to engage with, and that left me with little enjoyment. 1.5 stars.
