The Selling plot

Richard, an overly nice real estate agent, discovers that a house he buys with his good friend Dave is home to a gang of ghosts. Together they want to fix up and sell the house so that Richard can pay the medical costs for his mother. However, it soon becomes apparent that they are not only in danger of losing the money, but are also being chased by the victims of a notorious serial killer called the 'Sleepstalker'.
