The Lost Platoon plot

"They have been soldiers for centuries. They never lose... and they never die."

An American journalist and World War II veteran, covering the war in Nicaragua, encounters four soldiers he recognizes as fellow veterans. He discovers that they are not nearly as old as he is, although they should be. When he discovers that they turn out to be vampires and so is their general, all hell breaks loose.
