Very nice video....

Storm Warning in itself is not very surprising. A couple ends up with a family of lunatics, and then the horror begins.

The setting is very good, and the continuous rain and thunderstorms are very exciting and enhance the atmosphere.

So it's good in that area. The film has good gore, but the scenes in which it is used are scarce. That's why it pleases me that that empty part is filled with a lot of tension.

Acting was also good (certainly for horror movie standards). Especially the hillbilly Jimmy is played excellently by David Lyons .

As said before, it's a pity that Rob is a nerd.

And let's talk about the Walibi scene. According to the director all fake...

HOW WAS THE BABY KANGAROO CREATED?

The kangaroo was a funny story. We actually built a fake kangaroo, because it's very hard to native animal for use in a sequence like that in a movie. It was all animatronic, but it was on the same frequency as our headsets, so as soon as they fired up the sound cart, the whole thing started spazzing out. So we had to CGI the top of the prosthetic kangaroo. We should have added some hair to it. I think that's the only complaint I have: it's a little bit weird-looking.

By the way, read in the message from harco that the NL release is not completely unrated (I did see the unrated one). Too bad because then it's not worth buying.

RTL8...more for women....and indeed a c*t film.
Broadly inspired by "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" but no extravagant tension and just some light sadism and a lot of menace.
The fun bits?....the first brother to get a true Hellraiser treatment, dad who gets a broken bottle in his l**ter and a little propeller accident and well onward the pit bull.
3 minutes of fun on an otherwise predictable and boring film....that is significantly too little.
79 minutes of complete waste of time... after 5 minutes you already know that this movie will never work again.

Actually only an average film, but there are still two quite original scenes in it, so I round off the yellow to a sufficient. *3.0
