A tedious and exceptionally dull third installment in this notorious series, which unfortunately makes it painfully clear why parts 1 & 4 are considered the most noteworthy. The film is exceptionally lifeless, impossibly poorly acted, and essentially uninteresting. Only a few sudden mass executions make a certain impression, but these are obviously cheap excuses to meet the usual expectations. Director Godfrey Ho hasn't made much of an impression so far, but that will surely come as no surprise to him.
