A fine piece of work from the Thai film industry, energetically and smoothly executed by director Chanathip Wongpoltree. Ghost Board doesn't pretend to reinvent the wheel or deliver great quality, but the playful pace and solid acting make for an incredibly entertaining concoction. Just give the filmmakers a fun concept and enough creative freedom, and you get a film like Ghost Board, where the fun regularly bursts off the screen. Of course, it must be said that this thin story doesn't need a two-hour running time and the generated effects aren't always polished to perfection, but it is nonetheless a very enjoyable watch. A nice discovery, then.
