"One killer. One blackout. A whole night of terror."
A serial killer, the Picasso Killer, has a terrifying grip on the inhabitants of a large city. On an ordinary night, seven total strangers are locked in a large office building. One of the seven people is Christie Wallace. The killer preys on her because she is the one who can identify him and he does everything he can to get her out of the way so that his identity can be preserved.
