Dead of Night plot

When the mutilated body of a teenage girl is discovered, a town is thrown into a panic. The newly elected mayor pulls out all the stops to form a neighborhood watch in an attempt to calm the growing hysteria. But as the gruesome murders continue, Sheriff Weaver struggles to catch the killer, and the town is thrown into a panic. Meanwhile, Kelly, the sheriff's daughter, becomes obsessed with unraveling the killer's motives.
