Bloodletting plot

Three pioneers set out to seek help in an abandoned army fort after their company is stranded and struck by disease. Plagued by bandits and a mysterious native figure, and with one of their companions severely wounded, they are pursued by a dark, ancient force. As the fort reveals itself to be a cursed prison, fear and hunger transform the men into something unrecognizable—something monstrous.
