Bakterion plot
An illegal medical experiment goes awry and the scientist who conducted the experiments has turned into a ghastly monster looking for blood. The government is informed of the matter and for fear of contamination, the entire city is placed under quarantine. Preparations are being made to turn the cordoned off area into ashes. One police commander wants to save the civilians at all costs. But isn't it too late for that?
