Asalto Violento plot

During a trip to Vietnam, prominent Mexican doctor Robert Smith is attacked by a group of terrorists. When he returns home, he discovers that he has contracted an incurable disease. Due to the trauma of the attack and the illness, he finds himself in a downward spiral of madness, turning into a cold-blooded serial killer.
