"Nothing can stop the Killer with a Blood Lust for Ladies - Naked and Dead."
A mutilated knife killer roams the town of Mescal. Although most of the victims are prostitutes, the first victim turns out to have been none other than Travis Mescal, the only son of a wealthy family. When even the sheriff can't catch the killer, the townspeople hire an investigator to unravel the mystery.
