Split Second plot
"Steel Your Nerves! Here's excitement that will smash them!"
Escaped convict Sam Hurley is on the run with his injured friend Bart Moore and the dumb accomplice Dummy. Together with a number of hostages, they take up residence in a ghost town in Nevada. This is the perfect temporary shelter, according to Sam, because this town serves as a test site for testing an atomic bomb. The bomb will go off at six in the morning. As time goes by, tensions in the group increase.
