Vittima degli Eventi plot
Adele is on a nighttime stroll through Rome with her brother when she becomes the victim of a horrifying apparition. Her brother collapses and has an epileptic seizure, after which Adele is thrown a head with her own face. She decides to enlist the help of Dylan Dog, the nightmare investigator. Together with his assistant Groucho, he tries to find an explanation for her recurring visions.
