Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman) is a boy who is about to get kicked out of high school. again. But that's not his main concern. I just want to point out to everyone that this movie is based on Harry Potter from many sides, but the storyline certainly doesn't resemble it at many moments. Everyone expects something "great" like Harry Potter, but you really shouldn't see it that way. Rick may not write original, but very different from JK Rowling. The story in the film is indeed worse than the book, but I can't stand the fact that some of the actors think the actors are 'wimpy', that there is no 'humor' in it. I think it's lame for someone to say it's a FAILED harry potter clone. The effects in the film are well done and at many moments I also find the film exciting. That Grover, the negro¨ is dismissed in the comments as an actor who has to play a sex-hungry person, the nice girls pass him by and is not in charge¨ I think it is so unfair that I have to report it . blush Grover is a SATER okay!? In the book he gets a nice girlfriend, the wood nymph Juniper, He is good friends with Annabeth and Percy. Satyrs are always on the hunt for girls, that's what they're known for. He's the "Protector" so actually he's kind of in charge. Dear people, maybe a tip to also read the books. Then you see that a lot of reactions are incorrect.

This film is a bit wanting but not being able to. The adventurous is clearly visible, but at the expense of the story. Very predictable, little variety.

Mediocre.
A lot of noise, a lot of adventure too, but it's not really good. The target audience is of course clear and I assume that they can enjoy it. The well-known things such as Medusa are fortunately incorporated into the story.
The cast is quite boring, but apart from that Alexandra Daddaliodi they can still act a bit. Such a Pierce Brosnan also throws off all pretensions by appearing in a movie like this.
Audiovisually it's all nothing. The special effects are disgusting in nine out of ten cases. Chris Columbus is also someone who knows what it's like to direct a family film and it shows.
