Raised by wolves, teenage Mowgli turns up in a small village in India and is adopted by Messua. Mowgli learns the language and actions of the people quickly, although he still retains his jungle traits. The merchant Buldeo is against 'beasts' and as far as he is concerned Mowgli is one of them. Buldeo's beautiful daughter thinks otherwise. Mowgli takes her on a tour through the jungle and there they find a treasure. This sets the greed of humanity in motion.
