Ab nach Tibet! plot

Unemployed chimney sweep Hick (Herbert Achternbusch) can't find his place in the world. While his wife spends her time as a nun in the monastery, and in the meantime also has a lover, Hick dreams about reincarnation as a wheat beer. Together with his daughter Su (Judith Tobschall), he seeks enlightenment on "World Day" and travels 300 years back in time.
