Tip (Chan Mahon) runs away from his evil guardian Mombi (Zisca Baum) and goes to Emerald City with his boyfriend Jack. Once there, he finds himself in the middle of a coup d'état being staged by Jinjur (Caroline Berner), general of the Revolutionary Army.
