The Secret Garden plot

"The timeless tale of a special place where magic, hope and love grow."

Mary Lennox, a spoiled English girl who grew up in India, comes to live with her uncle when her parents die. The grand Yorkshire manor house has a gloomy, melancholy atmosphere. Mary is raised there strictly. In time, however, she befriends the staff and a robin who leads her to a secret garden. At night she regularly hears screaming and whining somewhere in the house. Nobody wants to tell her about this. Mary investigates herself. Based on a book by Frances Burnett.
