The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking plot

"Come see Pippi as you've never seen her before!"

After a terrible storm, Pippi, the free-spirited strongest girl in the world, loses her father the captain. She swims ashore and takes up residence in an old villa with her monkey and horse, just as they want to tear it down. Pippi has nice neighbours, doesn't feel like going to school or home and a large treasure of gold.
