The Christmas Star plot

"Two kids made a believer out of him."

Horace McNickle (Edward Asner) escapes from prison dressed as Santa Claus. He hides in a cellar, where he is found by two children who still firmly believe in Santa Claus. He wants to find the hidden loot from a robbery and uses the children to do so.
