Susie Q plot
"Death is just the beginning."
Sixteen-year-old Zach moves with his mother and sister to an old, stately villa. He soon notices that the villa is haunted. Zach learns that it is the ghost of Susie Quincy, who died in 1955. Together with Susie, Zach tries to prevent the sale of the land around the old house.
