Sara VanCamp (Eva LaRue) is a busy mom who isn't in the Christmas mood. Christine (Summer Glau) is an elf from Santa's village and wonders if there is more to experience than making toys in the North Pole. She leaves for the real world to get the VanCamp family, mother Sara (La Rue), father Scott (Gauthier), and their two children, into the Christmas spirit.
