Vampyros Lesbos is primarily a drug trip in the style of David Lynch, but with a slightly smaller budget and the combination of vampires and lesbians. The film comes from a genre that does not really seem to have the intention of creating a visual gem, but subconsciously works towards it. The whole thing is much outdated, too good for a vampire movie and too good for an erotic movie. But the visuals of the film and the hypnotic music still work a bit. You're so in the 70s. Should be better for viewers who want to watch this high, I think.

What kind of weird psychedelic trip is this?
Bizarre, messy succession of erotic scenes, hallucinations, scenes with a scorpion and a bit of horror, although the horror is hard to find here.
The music is not well chosen and I wonder what that mumbling was in the opening scene, which returns later. Incidentally, the opening scene in the bar was great. Perhaps the most beautiful erotic scene of the film. The two women (Ewa Strömberg and Soledad Miranda) are fine, although the preference is clearly for Soledad Miranda, who had more to offer in terms of body, seduction and look. The tension curve is as good as nil because there is little to experience. And in terms of gore, given the vampire theme, the film really has little to offer. 4/10

Extremely bad and pointless movie. Apparently it's about a vampire. But to be honest, the story is just confusing and unclear. In my opinion, this film is just a lame excuse to show as much bosoms, buttocks and lush growing pubic hair as possible. Avoidance is the message!
