Zwei Leben. Eine Hoffnung. plot

17-year-old Frank has been waiting for a new liver for two years. In the hospital he meets Dafina, a girl who, like him, needs a new liver. It doesn't take long for something beautiful to blossom between the two teenagers. Then one day Frank receives the liberating news that a donor organ has finally been found for him. At the same time, Dafina is in bad shape: she got a new liver a few days earlier, but her body starts to reject the organ.
