Zlatí Uhori plot
During World War II, a Jewish father takes his family to the countryside in the hope of avoiding the persecution of the Jews. For his son Prdelka it is a dream come true, because he enjoys the freedom and nature. He befriends a local poacher, who always talks about a rare opportunity to catch golden eels and how rare this happens. Prdelka hopes to experience this one day. Meanwhile, the persecution of the Jews is not limited to the large cities.
