Yang Kwei Fei plot

In the 8th century, there is an emperor who has a soft spot for one of his servants, named Yang Kwei Fei. This woman advises him to drop his duties as emperor and pass it on to his prime minister, not coincidentally her brother. The emperor accedes to her request. When the prime minister comes to power, it turns out that he is a selfish and cruel ruler. What will the emperor do?
