In the 1970s, Wladimir Wyssozki was a celebrated musician in the Soviet Union. The many people who had heard his music liked the criticism in the lyrics, but they were a thorn in the side of the regime. Texts in which he denounced that there was indeed drug-related crime and drug use. So his concerts had to take place informally. Wyssozki, who himself has a drug problem, wants to start his last tour. But the KGB is getting involved.
